FOR HARD FACE GRINDING
- We
offer a wide selection of grinding wheels for surface grinding
hard facing materials. Our wheels have proven to be top performers for
grinding a applications including drill pipe hard facing. Wheels sizes
up to 30" diameter are available.

INSERTED DISC
WHEELS
- Disc
grinders are high production machines used to grind flat and
parallel parts. The machines are usually used in a vertical spindle
operation, single or double disc. The abrasive discs that are used
on these machines are manufactured with a pattern of threaded nuts
molded into the back of the disc. Therefore, the term Nut Inserted
Disc, or NID wheels. These inserts are used to mount the abrasive
disc to the steel machine plate (the nut insert pattern must exactly
match the hole pattern of the steel machine plate).
