A couple goes viral after inviting Sony to their wedding and receiving a generous gift of free PlayStation games

A duo has captured online attention after sharing that Sony replied to their wedding invitation with a surprise bundle of free PlayStation games and a congratulatory note.
The moment was showcased in an Instagram reel that has now racked up over 900,000 views, where the newlyweds reveal the letter from Sony and the contents inside.

In the footage, which was posted on February 12, the package contains digital codes for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Horizon Call of the Mountain, plus what looks like in-game items for Fortnite.
Two additional code cards were also included as part of the kind gesture. The video cuts off before all items are displayed, but one appears to be a sports title published by 2K.
Alongside the codes, the couple received a handwritten congratulatory note that reads, “Aidan & Kirsten, Congratulations on your marriage!” and a printed message that says, “Congratulations and Thank you for playing with us.”
In the caption accompanying the reel, Kirsten expressed gratitude: “Thank you, PlayStation! That was so thoughtful of you. We’ve loved PlayStation since we were kids.”
This moment comes as Sony kicked off its first State of Play of 2026 on February 12, unveiling several new games, including a John Wick title featuring Keanu Reeves.
